Moises Juliao

Moises Juliao is the founder and CEO of Alenttay Solutions, which provides corporate and government consulting and training services focused on national security, intelligence, and global strategies. He is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He currently serves in the Pentagon at the Joint Staff’s Office of Irregular Warfare and Competition as a Joint Strategic Planner. Mr. Juliao is a retired Senior Intelligence Service officer from the Directorate of Operations at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) with domestic and overseas experience in Latin America, Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. He has held senior field and headquarters positions, including Chief and Deputy Chief of Station, Chief of Operations, and numerous Department and Branch Chief postings. Prior to joining the federal government, Mr. Juliao was an Assistant District Attorney in Niagara County, New York.
