Divin Mulisa is a senior at the United States Military Academy at West Point majoring in Systems Engineering. He is a member of the Track Team and the Internationals’ Club President. He enjoys working out, reading, and basketball in his free time. Following graduation, he will commission in the Rwanda Defence Force.
