Noah Flessel is a conflict management and stabilization expert with over 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives in challenging environments across Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. He is currently the Director of Africa and the Middle East at Veridicor, where he helps the energy and infrastructure sectors navigate high-risk situations to promote regional stability.

Throughout his career, Noah has held senior leadership roles at several organizations, including Dexis Consulting Group, where he directed a $50 million stabilization program in Ethiopia. He has also worked with DAI and RTI International, serving as a subject matter expert on conflict integration and countering violent extremism.






















. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Kenyon College and has demonstrated an extensive track record of coordinating with host-country governments and diplomatic officers to reduce violence and improve predictability in volatile operating environments
