We are looking for the next group of scholars and practitioners who are committed to IWI’s foundational mission. If you are committed to bridging the gap between irregular warfare scholars and practitioners, we encourage you to apply. Fellows’ obligations include bimonthly virtual participation in engagements with senior scholars and practitioners and submitting at least one article over the course of the Fellowship.
We value intellectual diversity, and we will consider applications from both scholars and practitioners, regardless of nationality, seniority, tenure status, military status, etc. The strongest applications have a track record of service as irregular warfare scholars or practitioners (often both) and demonstrate a willingness to publicly engage with irregular warfare-related topics.
Check out the past IWI Fellows Cohorts to see the wide range of past members and learn more details about the program!
Applications close 31 October, and we plan to release the selection results in early December. Please contact megan.biles@irregularwarfare.org with any application-related questions.
