Abdul Wahid Gulrani
Dr. Abdul Wahid Gulrani is a political sociologist and a researcher from Afghanistan specializing in irregular warfare, migration, security, and post-conflict governance. He has held academic appointments at Herat University-Afghanistan, and is currently engaged in research and teaching at Georgetown University and The George Washington University.
