Aidan Harte is a strategic communications and influence operations advisor with 13+ years supporting U.S. national security objectives in contested environments. He served as USAID Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) Country Representative in Moldova, managing counter-influence programs against Kremlin hybrid warfare, and implemented stabilization programs in Armenia, Iraq, and Syria. His work has focused on countering malign influence, building partner capacity, and executing integrated influence campaigns in support of U.S. government efforts across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He holds an M.A. in Violence, Terrorism, and Security from Queen’s University Belfast and a B.A. from Emory University, and he studied at the American University in Cairo.
