Alisa Laufer

Alisa Laufer is a Defense Analyst at the RAND Corporation. She has previously supported the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Political-Military Affairs and Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation. Throughout her career, she has focused on weapons of mass destruction, insurgency, grey zone conflict, and human rights. Alisa holds a Master of Public Affairs in International Relations from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Arabic Studies from The George Washington University.
