Armenak practised in litigation, international arbitration, and criminal law until 2022. Following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he served in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including as an infantry soldier, combat medic, and artillery commander, with notable participation in the Izium counteroffensive and the Battle of Bakhmut. Decorated for his service, he now works as a private legal counsel, security specialist, and researcher focusing on international law and cognitive warfare.
