Brig. (R)  Ian Langford

With 31 years of experience and as a senior officer in the Australian Defence Force, Dr Ian Langford, DSC and Bars (PhD) has had the challenge and opportunity of leading large and small teams in complex and ambiguous environments. Ian commanded Australia’s 2nd Commando Regiment, as well as multiple Australian Special Operations Task Groups in Afghanistan, Iraq, and on domestic counter-terrorism duties, retiring in 2023 as a Brigadier. He now provides high level advisory services to corporate and academic clients across a variety of industries and disciplines.
