Connor Fairman is a Department of Defense civilian with expertise in emerging technologies and strategic competition. In his current role, Connor focuses on scaling the adoption of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence across the Department. Prior to joining civil service, he led new initiatives leveraging non-traditional data at the MITRE Corporation, worked as a research associate in the Digital and Cyberspace Policy program at the Council on Foreign Relations, and supported clients as a geopolitical risk consultant.
