Joe Harrison is a retired Army Officer with 23 years of Active Duty Service. Joe has a Batchelors in Comparative Politics from West Point, a Masters in History and a Certificate in Security Studies from Austin Peay State University. Joe has operational experience in Europe, the Middle East, and the Pacific. Joe’s areas of interest are transnational organizations and the intersection between state and nonstate actors in irregular warfare.
