Kevin Bilms

Kevin Bilms is a senior policy advisor in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. He has served in government since 2008 in a range of assignments, including a rotation to the National Security Council.

Kevin is a term member with the Council on Foreign Relations and a non-resident fellow of the Joint Special Operations University. He was part of IWI’s inaugural cohort of non-residential fellows in 2022 and previously advised Project Maritime.
