Lumpy Lumbaca, PhD, is a retired US Army Green Beret officer and current Department of War professor. He works alongside US partners and allies to develop policy, strategy, and greater understanding of irregular warfare, counterterrorism, and special operations with special emphasis on the Indo-Pacific region.
