Noga Halevi
Noga Halevi is a graduate student at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she studies International Security and Conflict Resolution. Her research focuses on the role of cognitive warfare in asymmetric conflicts, specifically, how terrorist organizations employ tools of cognitive warfare to achieve their objectives, with a focus on Hamas and hostage-taking. She returned to reserve service on October 7th as Head of an Intelligence Department in the Hostage Command and Negotiation Team in Israel. Prior, she worked across renewable energy policy, defense policy and information operations, political communications, and journalism. She began her career as a Special Operations Intelligence Officer and holds a B.A. in Government and an M.A. in Philosophy.
