Paul Cobaugh
Advisor, SOF Program
Mr. Paul Cobaugh retired from the US Army as a Warrant Officer after a distinguished career in the US Special Operations CT community, primarily focused on mitigating adversarial influence and advancing US objectives by way of influence. Throughout his career he has focused on the centrality of influence in modern conflict whether it be from extremist organizations or state actors employing influence against the US and our
Allies. Post military career, Paul served for 10 years as the VP of Narrative Strategies, a US-based Think Tank which specializes in the non-kinetic aspects of conflict. Paul has recently semi-retired to focus on writing his next book, Conned, the story of how a combination of foreign and domestic malign influence has wreaked havoc on our nation for well over a decade. He believes that all human influence is about Narrative Warfare, and to be effective in this cutting-edge and operationally proven art and science, requires highly specialized training in the academics of narrative and more critically, how to operate in Narrative Warfare.
