Rossana Pineyro

Outreach & Marketing Lead

Rossana Piñeyro is a Research Associate at the Notre Dame International Security Center, where she supports programs on U.S. grand strategy and international security, including the Hans J. Morgenthau Fellows program. She also serves as an Editor and Social Media Manager at the Irregular Warfare Initiative.

Previously, Rossana worked with the Cato Institute, Reason Magazine, and Starburst Aerospace, focusing on the intersections of technology, law, and defense innovation. She began her career as a legal associate in venture capital and corporate law in Mexico and has taught international law at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey.

Rossana holds a Master’s in National Security Policy from RAND Graduate School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Laws from the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey.
